Keswick and various lakes

Wed 13th - Cold and foggy/cloudy but dry

This was a small waterfall - but I loved the fact that a perfect dry stone wall has been built behind it, to prevent erosion.

We went to Keswick which is pretty touristy - but some of the shops and cafes were rather quirky.

This is mapped as an A road! These two coaches took 5-10 mins to pass each other. They were each an inch or so from the stone walls and the driver of the one coming this way was just able to retract his mirror enough to get it on this side of the white bus. I had to do the same with my mirror for the blue bus, as I couldn't go back with many cars behind!
