We reluctantly left Norfolk promising to return later in Oct. We braved the roadworks on the M25 in the rain (total chaos) and eventually arrived at Frank and Caroline Harrison's place near Maidenhead. Frank is a distant relative, an Apollo enthusiast and all around good guy. They gave us a great welcome and here I am pontificating on
various matters surrounded by my fans!
We stayed for an hour or so and after

they kindly sorted out a B & B for us - here is the family telling us the way to our next destination - the village of
Lacock in
Wiltshire. More on the village and Abbey tomorrow.

Outside
Lacock we stayed in a really great B & B called
Veitchly House. Really
recommended if you happen to be in the area. It's 2 old cottages much converted and extensive additions down few one lane roads. But definitely worth the short drive out of the village.
