Wakehurst Gardens 17th Sep


Turned out to be rather bad news in the wallet dept. The property is owned by the National Trust (so we should have been free entry). But it is now RUN by Kew gardens who do not acknowledge the Australian trust membership (but they do accept the UK one). So 21.50 pounds later we were in {:-((
This bed of Cyclamen was really stunning.


Kew have built a multi-million pound seed bank which is really impressive.










Of course there was the inevitable Victorian mansion.But a really nice day out.
