(Betty) We spent the afternoon in King's Lynn 20minutes from Ed's house. this is Queen Street; the rain had stopped but the cool wind continued to blow.
I took a photo of the leaflet as we were not aloud to take photos in the museum at the goal where the Civic treasures are on display. This is King John Cup c. 1340 the earliest medieval secular standing cup in England. Pretty nice, eh?
The Priory church of S. Margaret with S. Mary Magdalene.
The church has been added to, part have fallen down and re-built over 100s of years.
The rain started to come down in earnest on the way back. Cup of tea was welcome.
Hope every-one is well. love, Betty and John
